I have actually taken a lot of the mindfulness on board, it has made me realize how much a negative person I was being. I was most of the time being obstructive. During the lessons when making the list of reasons why I had not achieved goals I set in the past I felt quite down, this was due to the realization that I was actually making a lot of excuses on why not to do things and also being lazy in general. Since the courses I have attempted to be a more active person and not make excuses to not do something. Overall this course has been so far a positive impact on me and I hope that this can transpose to my home life on return from detachment.
